Q. Do I need a license to access the mlangles mlops platform?

A. Yes. A valid license is required and covers:

  • Number of users.
  • Business units.
  • Selected modules (Projects, Pipelines, Experiments, ModelHub, Serving, Monitoring).
  • Subscription duration (e.g., 30/60/90 days). Once provisioned, the designated organization administrator receives a registration email.

Q. How does an administrator register for the first time?

A. After receiving the registration email, the designated admin must provide:

  • Full name.
  • Email address.
  • Password. An activation email is then sent for account verification.

Q. Where do administrators log in?

A. Once activated, administrators can log in with their registered credentials at: https://mlopsv2.mlangles.ai/tenant/login

Q. What happens if the activation email is not received?

A. Check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s still missing, contact your Mlangles support representative to resend the activation email.

Q. Can non-admin users directly log in without registration?

A. No. Only the designated administrator receives the initial registration email. Additional user access is managed by the admin inside the platform.
