User Account Setup

After receiving the registration email:

Admin Registration

  • The designated admin must register by providing:
    • Full name
    • Email address
    • Password
  • An activation email will be sent. Clicking the activation link will verify the admin account.

Account Activation

Setting up Access and Functional Roles

  • Import Users

    • Import users into relevant business units.
    • Business units are individual departments used for controlling access to department-specific projects.
  • Assign Access Roles and Functional Roles

    • Creating Access Roles

      • Go to Access Roles → Configure New to add required credentials.
      • Group credentials together to form an Access Role.
    • Creating Functional Roles

      • Go to Functional Roles.
      • Assign Read / Write / Delete permissions for each module as per the role requirements.
