User Account Setup
After receiving the registration email:
Admin Registration
- The designated admin must register by providing:
- Full name
- Email address
- Password
- An activation email will be sent. Clicking the activation link will verify the admin account.
Account Activation
- Once activated, the administrator can log in to the platform using the registered email and password at:
Setting up Access and Functional Roles

Import Users
- Import users into relevant business units.
- Business units are individual departments used for controlling access to department-specific projects.

Assign Access Roles and Functional Roles

Creating Access Roles
- Go to Access Roles → Configure New to add required credentials.
- Group credentials together to form an Access Role.

Creating Functional Roles
- Go to Functional Roles.
- Assign Read / Write / Delete permissions for each module as per the role requirements.
